We’re all Bipolar

by Jean

So apparently… we all have bipolar now. 😂

I just watched a reel that said seeing people out of the corner of your eye (aka “Shadow People”) and hearing voices is a hallucination linked to bipolar disorder.

And listen… I’m not here to discredit mental health diagnoses, but can we just pause for a second?

What if some of what gets labeled as “crazy” is actually a gift no one ever taught us how to work with?

Because let’s be real – we didn’t grow up learning how to understand this stuff. No one sat us down and said, “Hey, if you start sensing things others don’t, it might be your intuition. Your energy. Your gifts waking up.”
Some of us were were taught to suppress it. Fear it. To see it as a problem instead of a part of who we are.

But if you do a little digging into your roots… This kind of sensitivity… It runs in our blood. We come from people who knew how to listen to the unseen. Who honored dreams, visions, gut feelings, signs. But those with gifts got labeled, misunderstood… and even buried under shame and silence.

Many denied it completely just to fit in—because back then, being “different” could get you hurt, cast out, drowned or even burned at the stake.

So if you’re experiencing things that don’t make sense to your logical mind…
You’re not crazy.
You’re not broken.
You might just be remembering who you are.

When I went through my awakening, everything started happening fast. I was seeing things. Hearing things. Feeling everything. And I truly thought I was losing it…

But I knew deep down – I wasn’t. I just had to make sense of it in a way that grounded me, instead of scaring me.

Empaths – Lightworkers – Intuitives…
We feel more. We see more. We pick up on things most people have trained themselves to ignore.

Your intuition is valid.
Your energy is real.
Your awakening is not a disorder.

Have you ever experienced this?
Shadow figures? Voices? Gut feelings that turned out to be right?

Let’s normalize awakening.
Let’s stop pathologizing magic.
And let’s talk about what’s really going on beneath the surface.
