Empaths and lightworkers need additional help with those emotional lumps in their throat
by Jean
Have you ever felt like your voice was trapped in a bubble, and no matter how hard you pushed, you just couldn’t pop through? That’s your throat chakra getting tangled in invisible threads, making it tough to let your inner voice out. It’s more than just having a lump in your throat; it’s like your words are locked in a chest at the bottom of the ocean. You try to swallow even a breath of air, and it so hard that you’re almost gasping.
So, what’s really going on and tying knots in your throat (chakra)? It’s not just the things we don’t say; it’s a cocktail of emotional residue, unhealed wounds, and external pressures. And there’s something more, something deeper – psychic attacks. Let’s break it down:
Feeling All Choked Up?
Emotional Baggage:
A lot of empaths and lightworkers take on so much and we hold on to it, as if we are protecting others. This causes us to stuff feelings of all kinds down like anger, sadness, and even fear… not always our own feelings but also those we absorb.
Unvoiced Truths:
Each time we hold back our truth or things we feel we should say and don’t, it’s like we’re swallowing a stone. Too many, and we start to feel the weight and it can even cause depression or create solitude.
Past Traumas:
If you’ve been mocked, silenced, or ignored, or any other type of abuse, your voice learns to shrink back, scared to make a peep, even after distancing or leaving a toxic relationship wither it a romantic relationship, family, co-worker… you get what I’m saying.
Societal Masks:
Too often, the empath and mystic get attacked for being “different” or they just have a hard time finding ways to be true to themselves, and create a persona of what they feel allows them to be more accepted. Or you are one way with a group of friends and a completely different character with other friends. This coping method can actually strangle our true authenticity.,
Life’s Tornadoes:
In the chaos of daily life, our voice can get lost in the wind as there is so much going on in the world… in our own personal world as well as globally.
Psychic Attacks:
Now, this is the shadowy one. Imagine if thoughts and energies from others were arrows. Negative intentions or jealousies, even if not voiced, can hit us like unseen forces, targeting our energy centers, especially the throat chakra, making us feel voiceless, drained, or overwhelmed.
Now, let’s talk about those healing vibes…
Balancing and Opening the Throat Chakra:
Heart-to-Heart Mirror Talks:
Daily affirmations and honest chats with yourself in the mirror can peel away layers of silence and doubts.
Creative Outpour:
Let art, music, or writing be your voice. Sometimes our deepest truths are better expressed in colors or rhythms.
Sing, Hum, Chant:
These are not just for the shower. They’re like massages for your vocal cords, loosening the knots. And let’s not forget that music soothes the beast! Sing it loud and sing it proud!
Blue Haven:
Surround yourself with shades of blue. Paint a wall, wear a scarf, or light a blue candle to remind and energize your throat chakra.
Energy Shielding:
Visualize a protective blue bubble around you, especially when you’re in those atmospheres where negative vibes float freely. This is your “no-entry” sign for psychic negativity.
Now, let’s talk about those psychic attacks… They are like an invisible energy drain, often stemming from envy, anger, or negative thoughts from others. You might not see it, but you feel it – a sudden heaviness, a lost voice, or a wave of unexplained emotion.
Sometimes, you may even get pain in your ears from a psychic attack affecting your ear, third eye, or crown Chakras. It’s as if someone’s thrown a net over your energy, pulling you down.
Protecting yourself starts with awareness. Ground yourself daily with meditation, envision a shield of light around you, and set clear boundaries, both energetically and emotionally. Stones like black tourmaline or obsidian can act as your personal bodyguards, deflecting psychic debris.
So, ask yourself, have you felt your voice muffled by unseen forces? Do you have tangled emotions silencing your song? Let’s share, heal, and grow together. Your voice is your power – let it ring out, clear and true.
